An important team building event for RPLT, a company active in the legal and tax sector with a team of 200 professionals including lawyers and accountants.

The main aim was to facilitate integration between employees, strengthen internal relationships and ensure the long-term success of the new company. The location chosen for the circus-themed team building was the Dynamo Camp, the first Recreational Therapy camp in Italy.
Dynamo Camp is part of the SeriousFun Children’s Network, an international non-profit association that promotes holiday camps for sick children and adolescents, with the aim of improving their quality of life. Located in a WWF-affiliated oasis of over 900 hectares, the camp includes accommodation, common spaces, recreational and sports activities, Recreational Therapy workshops, a theatre, an equipped infirmary and a circus tent, where juggling workshops are held, circus and theatre, and where the team building activity took place.
